Our Services
Eye C Clearly LLC (“Eye C Clearly,” “we,” “us”) provides virtual optician consultation services via video call, and the ION Rx Safety Eyewear Program for practices and employers. We are not Medical Doctors nor Doctors of Optometry; we offer advice based on optician experience. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and we do not sell eyewear, frames, or lenses directly — all product purchases are made by the client through their retailer of choice.
Booking & Payment
Consultation sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system and are paid for at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds once a scheduled session time has passed. Rescheduling and other options may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us directly to discuss your situation.
No Medical Advice
Nothing provided during a consultation is a substitute for professional eye care. For eye exams, prescriptions, or vision health concerns, please see a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eye C Clearly LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consultation services or advice given during a session, including outcomes related to eyewear purchased from third-party retailers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
